Trouble Shooting

Always start by making sure that the network is properly configured on both the server and the client. The easiest way to check this is to ping the server from the client. If the client cannot ping the server, it will not be able to connect to the web server.

Also ensure that the Web Server is allowed through the Windows Firewall (Evented I/O for V8 JavaScript).

MDC Web Client does not display screen list

If the Web Clients get a connection to the server, but the only thing displayed is the start screen with no list of live screens or operators screens on it, it could be that the Clients are not able to retrieve the configuration and real-time data from the server.

Try to setup the info about the network adapter that DNC-Max should use when broadcasting the data. This is done under Setup -> Server COnfiguration -> Network Settings -> "Use network adapter".
