Split file

Use this dialog to specify transmission delays.

Enable split file mode

Check this field to split files into smaller program segments.

Maximum file size (bytes)

Use this field to specify the maximum size of each program segment.

Specify 0 to allow an unlimited number of bytes.

Program segments are always split at the end of a line.

Any data specified in the header/footer field is not included.

Wait for XOn between programs

Check this field to wait for an XOn between each program segment.

Split at tool change

Check this field to split the file before every tool change.

Maximum number of lines

Use this field to specify how many lines each program segment should contain.

Specify 0 to allow an unlimited number of lines.

Any data specified in the header/footer field is not included.

Insert header/footer

Check this field to send header and/or footer data between each program segment.

Use 'Next' command

Check this field to enable the 'Next' command. When a 'Next' command is used DNC-Max waits for the specified command from the control, before sending the next program segment.

Send next segment command

Use this field to specify the 'Next' command. When a 'Next' command is used DNC-Max waits for the specified command from the control, before sending the next program segment.

Header

Use this field to specify a header that should be sent before each program segment.

No header data is sent before the first program segment.

Footer

Use this field to specify a footer that should be sent after each program segment.

No footer data is sent after the last program segment.
