Directories

Use the following dialog to specify the directory environment variables.

For further information about environment variables, please refer to [LINK:environment], and [LINK:environment_report].

[PIC:setup_dd11_dir:Directory configuration.]

• [Machine root directory:] - $MACHINE

  Base directory for this port. All other port directory variables are by default defined relative to $MACHINE.

  The default value is $ROOT\\$PORTNAME.

• [Machine program source directory] - $DATA

  Data directory for this port. You can use $DATA when specifying auto receive or remote request directories.

  The default value is $MACHINE.

• [Machine program destination directory] - $INCOMING

  Incoming directory for this port. You can use $INCOMING when specifying auto receive or remote request directories.

  The default value is $MACHINE.

• [Machine backup directory] - $BACKUP

  The backup directory for this port. This is the default directory used for backups.

  The default value is $MACHINE\\Backup.

• [Machine failed transfer directory] - $FAILED

  The failed transfer directory for this port. This is the default directory used to save failed transfers.

  The default value is $MACHINE\\Failed.

• [Machine log directory:] - $LOG

  The log directory for this port. This is the default directory used to save port logs.

  The default value is $MACHINE\\Log.

• [Real path]

  This field shows the actual path used, with any environment variables expanded.

• [Auto create directories]

  Check this field to auto create the directories specified above.
