Use this configuration dialog to set up the predefined values for the database fields defined in the dialog Database Fields.

Use this drop-down list to select the level to be configured.
Select from the drop-down list the field to be configured.
This field shows a list of the predefined values entered for the selected field.
To add a new element to the list, enter the desired value in the text field below this list and press the button Add. You can also right-click on the list and select New.
To remove an element from the list of predefined values, right-click on the desired element and select Delete.
Use the up/down arrows 
to sort the elements on the list.
Click this button to cancel the definition of a new predefined value.
Click this button to add the text in the text field to the list of predefined values.
