DNC-Max service release

The latest DNC-Max service release (4.06.01) is now available for download. This release includes serveral additions to the standard protocol.

Changes made to CIMCO DNC-Max from version 4.05.09 to 4.06.01:

• Added 'Always timeout after runner' option.
  
• Added runner file timeout option.
  
• Added 'Ignore start/end trigger' for files received with runner.
  
• Added runner file expiration time.
  
• Added support for specifying directory names i directory list request.
  
• Added support for listing files with path relative to $DATA in directory listing.
  
• Fixed terminal color setup. Send and receive colors were swapped.
  
• Fixed problem with Heidenhain LSV-2. Some controls sends logout after completing transmission, DNC-Max was always expecting an end of file message.
  
• Fixed problem with charcacters above ASCII 127, remove option was inverted.
  
• Added support for receiving multiple programs in one continuous stream.
  
• Added lookahead on auto receive and remote request triggers. This allows higher priority triggers to be activated, even if they are encountered later in the file, than lower priority triggers.
  
• Changed receive reports to generate a single report if multiple programs are received.
  
• Changed Mazak template to use unique file extensions for all program types.
  
• Changed test fields in remote request configuration, the use of reserved names is now taken into consideration when evaluating the test fields.
  
• Removed log error message if file received is smaller than the minimum file size specified on the 'Receive' setup sheet.
  
• Fixed problems with path delimiters ('\') in receive reports. They are now replaced with the path delimiter character specified on the 'Machine Type' setup sheet.
  
• Fixed problem with first line not saved if file was auto received using runner files.
