2003 Tech Conference Highlights

March 28, 2003, Sterling, MA - CIMCO hosted the 2003 Tech Conference at the Mass office Wednesday, March 26 - Friday, March 28. Twenty two of the top service engineers from North America were present for the Annual Technical Certification conference.

Tom Mortensen, Vice President of Development, commented, "Once we [development] do our job it is up to the service engineers to install and support the products we create. Our Annual Certification Process ensures all Authorized CIMCO Resellers are qualified to setup, configure, and support DNC-Max and NC-Base. We are satisfied that all attendees are true DNC professionals and customers can expect an expert when one of these individuals shows up at their facility."
