DNC-Max 8 redesign and update

In CIMCO 8 we have completely redesigned both the DNC-Max Server and DNC-Max Client.

Both programs have received a complete user interface redesign that follows the design language used in CIMCO Edit 8 and CIMCO DNC-Max 8.

We have updated the DNC-Max Client both when it is running as a stand-alone application, and also when it is running as a plugin in CIMCO Edit 8.
