CIMCO NC-Base (Add-On for CIMCO Edit)

• Fix: Fixed issue with saving Field Folders settings.
• Fix: Fixed issue with NC-Base not updating modified time for programs in Microsoft SQL.
• Fix: Fixed issue with Database files outside the NC-Base directory opened in the editor not closing when being auto logout was executed.
