Systems Engineer, US
Target Locations: IL, TX, NC, WI
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our US team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, system installation, and providing both pre- and post-sales support. You will demonstrate, design, install, and maintain solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring the optimal performance of CIMCO software.
This is a home-based position when not traveling. The role requires travel across the US, so a valid driver’s license is required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong background in computer networking. Familiarity with CNC equipment, machine repair, and electronics is highly beneficial. Employment may be subject to a background check and drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Perform system installations and upgrades
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Configure and deploy network devices
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of CIMCO software at client sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer networks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Background in computer science, electronics, machine repair, CNC programming, databases, or related fields is a plus
