Scan files for program numbers

Check this field to scan inside files for the requested program number.

When this option is selected, the server checks all files with the extension(s) specified in the 'Valid extension(s)' field, for the requested program number.

When using this option all programs must contain a '%' followed by the program number at the beginning of the file. Example:

%001234

N0001 T07

N0002 M08

...

Cache program numbers

Check this field to cache program numbers.

Check this option if you have problems sending files to the control when a directory contains a large number of files.

Valid extension(s)

Use this field to specify the extension used when saving files.

Remove white spaces

Check this field to remove any white spaces (tabs and spaces) from the transmitted data.

Remove empty lines

Check this field to remove empty lines.

Remove comments

Check this field to remove program comments.

Keep spaces in comments

Check this field to keep white spaces inside comments.

Insert filename in comment

Check this field if the filename should be inserted in the program comment field when transmitting data from the server to the control.

Insert filename in comment

Check this field if the filename should be inserted in the program comment field when transmitting data from the server to the control.

Remove extension from comment

Check this field to remove the extension from the filename inserted in the comment.

Remove prefix/suffix from comment

Check this field to remove the specified file prefix and suffix from the filename inserted in the comment.

Delete program on control

Check this field to delete existing files on the control. If you do not select this option, you cannot send programs that already exists on the control.

Use comment as filename

Check this field if the program comment should be used to generate the program name.

Add leading zeros

Check this field to add leading zeros to the generated program name.

Example: If program 1234 is received, it will be saved as 001234.

Always save files in $INCOMING

Check this field if all files received from the CNC should be saved in $INCOMING on the DNC server.

Insert white spaces

Check this field to insert white spaces in the received program.

Save program comment

Check this field to save the program comment in the first line of the file.

Show comment in directory list

Check this field to include the program comment in the directory listing.

Extension

Use this field to specify the extension used when saving files.

Prefix

Use this field to specify a prefix that should be added in front of the program name.

Suffix

Use this field to specify a suffix that should be added to the end of the program name.
