The aim of this course is to familiarize the participant with using CIMCO Edit to create basic CNC programs in Heidenhain Conversational Dialogue format for Heidenhain TNC controls and to test their validity using the toolpath graphic trace and Solid Animation. This will give the trainee the confidence that the programs that can be transferred from the PC to the TNC control for operation on a machine with some confidence that they will machine the part to the desired dimensions on the drawing and without collision on the machine.
