As production and variety of Android based tablets have gone up - prices have gone down. Tablets are today an exciting and relatively inexpensive alternative to using barcode readers or touch screen PCs for displaying real-time machine status, entering job information and registering downtime reason codes with CIMCO MDC-Max.
This document describes how to install the CIMCO MDC App on a ViMicro SuperPad 10.2" Android tablet and setup Wi-Fi communication with CIMCO MDC-Max Server.
