Machine Type

Use this dialog to configure machine type parameters like block number format, and comment delimiters.

Use this field to specify the character used to start a comment.

Use this field to specify the decimal separator.

Use this field to specify the block skip character.

Path delimiter

Use this field to specify the character used as path delimiter in auto receive and remote request, that contains path information.

Environment character

Use this field to specify the character used as environment character in auto receive and remote request, that contains environment variables. I.e. if you want to specify $DATA as part of the path in a remote request, but want to use '%' as environment character, change this field to '%'.

Use this field to specify the interval between block numbers.

Precede lines with

Use this field to specify one or more characters that should be inserted before the block number.

Check this field to insert a space after the block number.

Tool change/load Commands

You can specify one or more letters followed by one or more # characters.

Example 1: T# matches T followed by one or more digits.

Example 2: T###### matches T followed by exactly six digits

Check this field if the machine uses a 'M6' style command to activate a tool change. You must specify the format of the tool activate command below.
