CIMCO CNC-Calc now supports splines
In CIMCO CNC-Calc it is now possible to create/import splines and use them in creating toolpaths. The splines can either be imported from dxf files or drawn directly in CNC-Calc.
When splines are drawn in CNC-Calc the tangency of lines and circles can be used to set the start and end conditions (tangency) of the spline. In order to use this feature turn on the ‘Snap to End Points’ snap. When an endpoint of an arc or a line is selected, a dialog box will open and it is now possible to select if the end conditions of the arc/line should be used to set the start or end condition of the spline.
