CIMCO’s Response to COVID-19

CIMCO, CIMCO Americas and our resellers would like to assure you that our staff remains ready to assist you during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Although we may not be able to provide onsite services, our service staff is ready and able to support you remotely. We continue to provide very limited on-site support for essential businesses which require emergency service if the site confirms that they are following local recommandations (such as CDC recommendations for US businesses) and we feel that our employee can travel safely to the site.

We are striving to prepare ourselves, our resellers and our customers to be in the best position possible to get back to business during this downtime. If you or your staff have any CIMCO questions or want to learn more about the software, let us know. We are able to have remote classes and will be happy to address any subject you would like to cover. Let us know what you need and we will be happy to set up a meeting to assist you.

We have been collaborating with many of our customers to find ways to support those who are now working at home. For those working or studying at home, we will be happy to provide you with a temporary home use CIMCO Edit license. As many of you know, your real-time manufacturing data can be remotely accessed via a VPN or remote desktop software. If you need assistance finding a method to access your MDC-Max information remotely, please let us know, we will be happy to help.
